And here some of my cheese in the cave "cheese room"
when I started to make this cheese I had no cheese room and I got so frustrated when the temperature went from cool to hot and my cheese was all in the basement.. OMG I was having fits!!! told my husband that if these cheeses spoil I would move out !!!
so they build me this amazing room " cheesehouse" we use a A/C to keep the right temperature, (make sure it's not a digital A/C!!)
