not much going on the past few days

Did not have much time doing cheese or anything, was crazy driving around and help in the barn, since the guys are in the fields, but I did go and bought the small greenhouse where I will put in the Baby Swiss cheese to keep at room temperature for the next few weeks, (the greenhouse will protect it from the dust ) hope this idea will work.

tomorrow morning I will make cream again, and have so many plans for that cream, lets see if I can make them all happen :)
