slow day

Nothing much today, went on strike *LOL* did not feel like making cheese today..
I took care of my cave today, moved the cheese around.

But tomorrow I gonna try my luck on "Baby Swiss" cheese, it's not Traditional Swiss or Emmental, but hopefully it will taste OK :)

Hmm I would need a perforated Stainless still plate... hahaha no such thing here, will have to improvise with something else...

Emmental and Traditional Swiss are on my to do list also, but not just now.
